ID Fan Manufacturing milestone

Introduction:

We designed, manufactured and installed the Backward Curved (BC) Industrial fan for a cement manufacturer in Madhya Pradesh in February 2014.The application for which we catered was for a Vent Separator Circulating Fan to be installed in the cement unit.

Test Conducted:

The Performance Test was conducted and the results are mentioned below:-

  • Single Width Single Inlet
  • Simply Supported
  • Erosion Protection : Chromium Carbide Liner on Impeller
  • Bolted type liner for Scroll & fan Casing
  • Mech Design temp is 150OC
